摘要
Abstract
Objective Comparison therapeutic effect of flex hip and knee with gypsum fixation and both knees and hip bind fixation of both sides gluteal muscle contracture afteroperation. Methods Contrastive analysis 67 cases of bilateral gluteal muscle contracture patients of Our hospital between 1995 to 2009. 32 cases of group A , adopted flex hip and knee with gypsum fixation afteroperation; 35 cases of group B, adopted both knees and hip bind fixation afteroperation, and put soft pillow under knees. Flex hip and knees, deep squatting functional exercise in early. All cases under the same operation that released the pathological tissues completely. The surgical procedures are used along the direction of the gluteus maximus traveling oblique incision, abscise the fibering gluteus. Evaluation hip function of two groups, Comparison therapeutic effect of two groups. Result All cases were follow up for 6 months to 10 years, average 5 years. In group A, 16 were Excellent, 14 were good, 2 were not good; In group B, 30 were Excellent, 5 were good. Group B better than Group A . Conclusion Therapeutic effect of both knees and hip bind fixation outstrip flex hip and knee with gypsum fixation关键词
