多孔硅Bragg反射镜适配子生物传感器检测心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ
Detection of cardiac troponin Ⅰ based on aptamer biosensor on nano-porous silicon Bragg reflector

Abstract
Nano-porous silicon Bragg reflectors were fabricated using an electrochemical etching process. Then, the cTnI aptamers by binded with cTnI were immobilized to the porous silicon Bragg reflector surface using a crosslink method. After the binding between aptamers and the cTnI of different concentrations, the reflection spectrum red shifts of the porous silicon Bragg reflector were analyzed quantitatively. The result showed that the porous silicon Bragg reflector aptamer biosensor had high specificity. Furthermore,the procedures were label-free and detection time was reduced. The linear detection range of the sensor was 0. 05 -4 nmol/L, and the lowest detected concentration was 0. 05 nmol/L.关键词
