摘要

Abstract

Fermentation was the mainly used method of L-lysine production presently. There were two completely different biosynthesis pathways of L-lysine; heptanedioic acid pathway, and α-amino hexaned-ioic acid pathway. Different enzymes were used to regulate the two pathways and control the synthesis of L-lysine. In this paper, production methods of L-lysine, biosynthetic pathways as well as the regulations of the key enzymes, and the research evolution of the breeding of L-lysine hyper-producer were summarized at home and abroad.
