摘要

Abstract

Snf4p is encoded by SNF4 gene which the function is regulating the protein kinase activity of Snfl complex. Clone SNF4 gene from S. Cerevisiae YS2 with primer which is designed by the known SNF4 sequence. Sequence analysis showed that SNF4 gene contains 969bp nucleotide acids, encoding 322 amino acids. Predict the physico - chemical property, hydrophobicity, signal peptide, subcellular localization, active site and spatial structure of SNF4 gene. The results show that Snf4p is the intracellular stability of acidic protein but does not exist transmembrane. The functional domain of Snf4p is CBS pair superfamily and the main secondary structure isa - helix. The spatial structure of Snf4p is dimer which is made by four CBS structural domains. Thephairpin structure reaction region between Snflp and Sip2p isplamellar structure which is in the first CBS pair of Snf4p.
