Abstract
Information entropy theory is an important tool in bioinformatics. It is widely used in DNA sequence analysis. In this paper, we introduce the development of information entropy application in DNA sequence analysis in recent years. At last some vital aspects that may be conducted in the future investigations are discussed.关键词
