摘要

Abstract

The interaction between 3?5-dinitrosalicylic acid and bovine serum albumin were studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. The results shown that the quenching mechanism of the combination of bovine serum with 3,5-Dinitrosalicylic acid was a static quenching procedure. The number of binding sites was 1. The synchronous fluorescence indicated that the binding site of DNS with BSA was near by tryptophan subunit. The binding distance between 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid with bovine serum albumin and the energy transfer efficiency were obtained based on the theory of Forster spectroscopy energy transfer.
