Synthesis and Optical Properties of 2,6-bis(benzimidazoi-1-yl)Pyridine
摘要
Abstract
2.6-bis (benzimidazol-1-yl) pyridine was synthesised from benzimidazole and 2.6-dibromopyridine as starting material through a modified Ullmann reaction in DMF. The structure of the objected compoud was characterized by IR.1 H NMR,13C NMR and elemental analysis. The UV-Vis absorption and Photolu-minescence spectra of the molecule were studied. The significant red-shift of the absorption band and emission band were observed as.the solvent polarity is increased.关键词
