Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 1,1'-(cyclohexane-1,2-diyl)bis(3-allylthiourea)

Abstract
1,1'-(cyclohexane-l,2-diyl)bis(3-allylthiourea) was synthesized by the reactions of 1.2-diamino-cyclohexane with allyl isothiocyanate which was prepared from 3-allyl bromide and potassium thiocyanate. The single crystals suitable for X-ray measurement were obtained by the slow evaporation of the mixed solvent of ethyl acetate and petroleum ether at room temperature. The compound was characterized by 1 H NMR,13C NMR.IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic,space group Pcca.cell parameters a = 21.040 (4),b = 9.680 0(19), c = 17.260 (3) ,α=90°,β=90°,γ=90°.关键词
