重组绿豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂片段对肠癌细胞SW480迁移的影响
Effects of Recombinant Mung Bean Trypsin Inhibitor Fragments on Migration of Colon Cancer Cell SW480
摘要
Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of LysGP33 on metastasis and proliferation of human colon cancer cell SW480. Recombinant mung bean trypsin inhibitor fragments were purified by GST-affinity chromatography. The changes of cell proliferation treated with GST-LysGP33 were observed by MTT assay. The migration potential was examined by wound healing assay. The results indicated that the migration of SW480 cells was inhibited significantly when the cells were treated with 10 μmol/L GST-LysGP33. Moreover,it indicated that this alteration of migration was in the time dependent manner. On the other hand,the treated cells did not show the visible differences in proliferation with the treatment of 10 μmol/L LysGP33. Recombinant mung bean trypsin inhibitor fragments could suppress the migration of SW480,and have some prospect in anti-tumor migration and invasion.关键词
