摘要

Abstract

The batching scale to measure has low accuracy and big error. Based on AT91SAM7X256 microcomputer as the primary control chip, a batching scale controller was deasigned. The operating principle of the batching scale was introduced, realizing the cumulant control. The characteristic of AT91SAM7X256 single chip microcomputer was made full use of by bathing scale adopting two-channel data collection. Hardware circuit was designed, furthermore, the software for batching scale controller was designed adopting PID control algorithm , with the characteristic of novel circuit design, measuring accuracy reaching 1% and error less than 0. 01 t.
