畜牧兽医人才培养“企业班”模式研究
Study of ＂ Enterprise Class Mode＂ for Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Talents

Abstract
Alliance between universities and enterprises as well as cooperation between colleges and enterprises are a kind of cooperative mode to deal with the intense market competition and employment pressure for college students. Its main tasks were cultivating special talents through collaborative efforts and serving the industrial development on both sides. Based on the successful experience about cultivating talents through collaborative efforts and establishing ＂ Enterprise Class＂ by college of animal science and veterinary medicine and enterprises, this article discussed and analyzed the role of ＂ Enterprise Class Mode＂ established by colleges and enterprises in the training system for animal husbandry and veterinary talents.关键词
