Abstract
Rural grassroots party organizations determine the consolidation of Party＇s governance as the bridge between the country and farmers.It is the front line of the new socialist countryside construction in China.The party＇s governing capacity building involves capacity building of decision-making, development, control and its administration according to law.The governing capacity of rural grassroots party organizations has immediate effect on the advancement of rural reform, economic development and social stability.The paper, combined the practical situation of Lingqiu County, discusses existing problems and then put forwards the new corresponding solution.关键词
