摘要
Abstract
The supply chain collaboration is the direction of supply chain development and the most advanced model.Under the supply chain collaboration, the whole supply chain cost was optimized.Through the inventory cost model,t his paper analyzes the inventory costs changes of a secondary supply chain which is composed of manufacturer and supplier before and after the supply chain collaboration.It draws the conclusion that the whole inventory cost achieves the ideal state; manufacturer＇s reduces greatly, but the supplier＇s increases a little.The loss of the supplier can be offset with the cost transfer payment to promote the optimization of the whole supply chain.It also recommends that the cost transfer payment of the supplier and manufacturer in supply chain be in quantitative fashion.关键词
