B超联合骨桥蛋白和CA125检测在卵巢癌早期诊断中的价值
Clinical value of B-type ultrasonography combined with serum levels of OPN and CA125 in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the early diagnostic value of B ultrasound combined with osteopontin (OPN) and CA123 in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods The serum levels of OPN and CA125 were detected in 30 patients with ovarian cancer and 40 patients with benign ovarian tumor by the electrochemical uminescence method and ELJSA,and the pelvic condition was examined by B-type ul-trasonography. Results Compared with benign ovarian tumor patients,the serum levels of OPN and CA125 in patients with ovarian cancer significantly increased (P<0. 01). The sensitivities of OPN.CA125 and B ultrasound were 80.0% ,76.7% and 73. 3% .respectively. The sensitivity of B ultrasound combined with OPN and CA12S detection was 96.7%. The sensitivity of combined detection was higher than that by single detection of OPN,CA125 ,or B ultrasound(P <0. 03). Conclusion Combined detection of B-type ul-trasonography and serum levels of OPN and CA12S could increase the diagnostic sensitivity, and it is important in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.关键词
