宫颈电环切除术对患者生育的影响
Effects of loop electrosurgical excision procedure on fertility of patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of loop electrosurgical excision procedure ( LEEP) on fertility of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN). Methods The delivery data of 62 pregnant women in treatment group undergoing LEEP and 60 pregnant women without any surgery of cervix in control group from January 2008 to December 2010 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results There was no significant difference in the fertility ability, the abortion rate, the premature delivery rate, the premature rupture of membrane, the cesarean section rate and the laceration of cervix between two groups (P > 0.05 ). But the total stage of labor was significantly shorter in treatment group than in control group(f <0.05). Conclusion LEEP is a safe and effective way for pa-tients with CIN,and it will be safe for the delivery of patients when mastering the operative indicators.关键词
