Study on optimized conditions for extracting amylase and protease from medicated leaven by orthogonal test
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the conditions of extracting amylase and protease in medicated leaven by orthogonal test. Methods The orthogonal design test L9( 33 ) was employed to investigate the effect of extraction temperature,extraction time,solvent consumption on the activities of amylase and protease in medicated leaven. The activities of amylase and protease were determined by iodine volume method and UV spectrophotometer. Results The optimum extraction condition was to add 20 times volume of distilled water and to extract 0. 5 h at 40 ℃. Conclusion This extraction method is valid and feasible for extracting the amylase and protease from medicated leaven.关键词
