Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application of antibacterial drugs for inpatients of a hospital and its rationality. Methods A cross-sectional survey was used to investigate the status of use of antimicrobial drugs in all the inpatients within one day. Results Among 1 598 inpatients, the rate of antibacterial use was 31. 10% ,and the combined medication rate was 37. 98% . The rate of antibacterial use in the medical wards was higher than that in the surgical wards( 33. 62% vs 28. 89% ). Besides,the combined medication rate was the highest in department of gynecology ( 72. 73% ). The top ten DDDs of drugs were 6 of β-Lactam antibiotics and cephalosporins, 1 of fluoroquinolones, 1 of penicillins, 1 of nitroimidazoles, and 1 of carbapenems. Rate of etiological examination for therapeutic medication in the hospital was 34.34%. Conclusion The cross-sectional antibacterial use in the hospital goes well,but the DDDs of β-Lactam antibiotics is higher,suggesting to be overused. The rate of etiological examination is lower,thus the management should be reinforced for the rational use.关键词
