阿托伐他汀对血脂正常高血压患者血管脉搏波传导速度及细胞因子的影响
Influence of atorvastatin on pulse wave velocity and serum levels of cytokines in hypertension patients with normal blood lipid

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of atorvastatin on pulse wave velocity( PWV ), serum activin A( CATA ), tumor necrosis factor-ct( TNF-α ), interleukin-6( IL-6 ) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein( hs-CRP ) in hypertension patients with normal blood lip-id. Methods Seventy hypertension patients with normal blood lipid were treated with atorvastatin for 8 weeks. The levels of PWV, ACTA,TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP in serum were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the levels of blood pressure and PWV, ACTA, TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP in serum significantly decreased ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion Atorvastatin can decrease the PWV, levels of ACTA, TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP in serum and inhibit the inflammatory reaction in hypertension patients with normal blood lipid.关键词
