摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of clinical pathway tried out by the Ministry of Public Health in the hysterectomy for patients with uterine leiomyoma. Methods Forty-eight patients receiving clinical pathway in the hysterectomy for u-terine leiomyomas and forty-five patients with non-clinical pathway ( control group ) were chosen. The time of hospitalization, various medical care costs, coefficient of variation and constituent ratio of different parameters, patient s satisfaction degree and the complications after operation were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results The hospitalized day and total medical care costs in pathway group were less than those in control group( P = 0. 000 1 ). In pathway group, the drug costs,hospitalized costs, nursing costs were significantly lower than those in control group( P =0.000 1 ). Compared with control group,the coefficient of variation in pathway group was decreased, and the patient s satisfactory degree was increased, but there was no obvious difference about complications after operation. Conclusion Clinical pathway applied in our hospital standardizes the medical treatment in uterine leiomyoma patients receiving hysterectomy.关键词
