Abstract
Objective To explore the rationality and feasibility of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) without the insertion of nasogas-tric tube, catheter and preoperative skin (the perineum) preparation. Methods A total of 200 cases undergoing LC were randomly di -vided into two groups ( n = 100 in each group ) : control group and observation group . The patients were performed the insertion of naso -gastric tube, catheter and skin preparation in control group ,but not in observation group. The exhaust time, liquid food-taking opportunity, incision infection, anesthesia time, postoperative hospital stay , postoperative voiding were compared between observation group and control group. Results The time for liquid food-taking, exhaust time and ambulation time were significantly earlier in observation group than that in control group ,and the postoperative hospital stay was shorter in observation group than in control group (P <0. 01). Patients spontaneously voided in observation group except in special circumstances and had no urinary retention . There was no significant difference in the operative incision infection between observation group and control group (P >0. 01). Anesthesia time was not statistically different between observation group and control group (P>0.01). Conclusion The LC without preoperative routine placement of gastric tube, catheter and skin preparation is reasonable and feasible .关键词
