摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the patients syphilis infection status and distribution about a hospital of Hunan Zhuzhou city,and to provide the scientific basis for the overall prevention work of syphilis. Methods By ELISA test (ELISA) 29 328 patients of outpatient service and ordinary preoperative blood transfusion were syphilis antibody test about Zhuzhou city to a hospital from January 2010 to March 2011, positive specimenswith syphilis helicoid gelatin particles agglutinate experiment (TPPA) method was verified. Results 29 328 cases of specimens,the male positive results for 426 cases,female positive results for 310 cases,total positive rate 2. 51%. In allage groups were found to have syphilis infection. Of which 20 to 40 years old group were highest, accounted for 55.43%. In the infection of department, surgery patients positive highest infection rates, the second was in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. Conclusion Syphilis antibody in serum of patients with clinical department accounts for a certain proportion of positive rate,so patients,particularly preoperative patients with syphilis antibody detection,you can block the spread of syphilis in a timely manner, effective prevention of nosocomial infection and contribute to self-protection of medical personnel.关键词
