Abstract
Objective To study the effects of EHD2 down-regulation on breast epithelial cell transformation. Methods Western Blot was used to analyse the EHD2 expression in breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Used soft agar colony formation assay to test the effect of EHD2 down-regulation on cell transformation. Results The EHD2 protein expression level was significantly lower in cancer tissue(F=5. 389, P<0. 05) ,Down-regulation of EHD2 was more clearly by siRNA(t=101. 458, P< 0. 005). The potency of transformed cell growth was significantly increased (t= 88. 754, P<0. 000). Conclusion EHD2 would be a novel breast tumor suppressor, and its impaired expression could cause breast epithelial cell transformation.关键词
