Effects of blood glucose fluctuants on TGF-β1 in myocardium of diabetic rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of blood glucose fluctuants on TGF-β1 in myocardium of diabetic rats. Methods: 30 Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups:normal control group, fluctuant high blood glucose group and stable high blood glucose group. After 8 experimental weeks, the level of Angiotensin Ⅱ and the express of TGF-β1 in the myocardium were investigated. Results: The level of Angiotensin Ⅱ and the express of TGF-β1 were significantly higher than that of stable high blood glucose group and the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion: Glucose fluctuation can be more deleterious to myocardial cell than stable high blood glucose.关键词
