视网膜振荡电位与糖尿病视网膜病变病程进展的相关性研究
Retinal oscillatory potentials in early diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy and prediction of disease progression of the applied research

Abstract
Objective:Study on diabetic retinopathy (diabetic retinopathy, DR) at various stages of morphological changes in retinal oscillatory potentials(Op) of the dynamic changes,understanding of diabetic retinopathy and morphological changes of functional characteristics and the relation, for the early diagnosis and predict disease progression provide an objective basis for testing. Methods: Ophthalmoscope examination for screening patients with typell diabetes. In this study, clear phases was limited by fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA). Each patient of three-year period regularly measured glycosylated hemoglobin six times and the retinae potentials two times, the final tests with a fundus fluorescein angiography, and analysis these results. Results: When retinal oscillatory poten-tials(Op) decrease the total amplitude of<10. 6 + 4. 9uV,it can not predict the progress of retinopathy of reference value; Op overall decrease in amplitude of>31. 6+9. 7uV, may predict the occurrence of type II diabetes occurred DR or DR progress. Conclusion;OP combined to predict the development of diabetic retinopathy.关键词
