The Cultural Intentions and Models of Fiction Translation in Transition Periods： A Case Study on New Fiction and Translation
摘要
Abstract
The fiction translation makes a great transition in the periods of the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China and the reform and opening up. It＇s necessary for us to analyse them from the perspectives of source language country, translation theme, translation style and translation strategy by means of a case study of translated works in New Fiction （ 1902-1906 ） and Translation （1979-1989）, aiming at displaying the micro-ecological conditions of foreign literature translation and revealing the underlying reasons of their differences. Besides, it helps us fully understand the effects of translation on cultural communication and relations at home and abroad as well as the fusion and development of world literature.关键词
