摘要

Abstract

In recent years, with the promotion and implementation of the Yellow and Blue, two national strategies, Dongying petrochemical enterprises have made considerable progress. Dongying has become one of the most concentrated areas of the national petrochemical enterprises. But under a good environment and conditions of the regional industrial development, there are still many problems with Dongying petrochemical enterprises in marketing team building, such as the old-fashioned marketing concept, lack of internal communication and coordination, and poor marketing system construction. To promote these enterprises'sound development and meet the modern market economy requirements, it is necessary to establish a modern marketing concept, strengthen marketing culture construction, improve the employment mechanism, enhance team communication and collaboration, and perfect the marketing system.
