中国高校招生规模地区差异及其综合效率
Regional Disparity and Comprehensive Efficiency of China＇s College Enrollment Scale

摘要
Abstract
China＇s college enrollment scale has a significant regional disparity in both amount and growth rate. Through the comprehensive evaluation of each region＇s college enrollment scale efficiency in 2008, it is found that the number of regional colleges, regional GDP and the number of high school graduates are the main factors driving the regional disparity in college enrollment scale and each region＇s comprehensive efficiency in college enrollment scale differs. Therefore, enrollment expansion of regions with low efficiency should be constrained and that of regions with high efficiency should be motivated so as to transfer enrollment expansion of regions with low efficiency to that of regions with high efficiency, which can better serve the goal of popularizing higher education.关键词
