子宫内膜癌γ-synuclein表达和血清CA125水平及与临床病理特征关系的研究
Relationships between the Expression of γ-synuclein and Serum CA125 Level with Clinicopathological Characteristics in Endometrial Carcionoma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical and pathological significances of y-synuclein expression and serum CA125 level in endometrial carcinoma, and its role in pathogenesis of endometrial cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of y-synuclein in 50 samples of endometrial carcinoma, 14 samples of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium tissues and 12 normal endometrium tissues, and the serum CA125 levels of the patients above were determined by CLIA test. Results;We found significant differences for the positive rate of y-synuclein expression among endometrial carcinoma, atypical hyperplasia of endometrium samples and normal endometrium tissues (x2 =10.379, P<0.01). Moreover, the y-synuclein expression in endometrial carcinoma and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium tissues were obviously higher than that in normal endometrium tissues (P<0. 01). And y-synuclein was associated with the stage, and the depth of myometrial invasion (P<0. 05,P<0. 01). The serum CA125 levels of the endometrial carcinoma patients was significantly higher than that in the normal endometrium group and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium group (x2 =7. 040, P<0.01). There was no statistical relationship between the expressions of y-synuclein and the serum CA125 levels (r=0. 201, P>0.05). Conclusions;The expression of y-synuclein is involved in carcinogenesis of endometrial carcinoma and related to the progression, which suggests that it may used as the predictor of prognosis in endometrial carcinoma. The serum CA125 levels may predict the extent of malignancy of endometrial carcinoma.关键词
