Aerodynamic and structural coupling design for cascade configuration of thrust reverser
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the cascade configuraton scheme,a coupling design method was adopted to predict the aerodynamic and structural performances of thrust reverser.The computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method was used to simulate the flow field of the thrust reverser,and the evaluation for the aerodynamic performance of the cascade configuraton scheme was completed.The finite element analysis(FEA) method was applied to analyze the force condition of cascade vanes,and the numerical simulation for the structural performance of the cascade configuraton scheme was accomplished.The influence of cascade inlet angle and outlet angle on the thrust efficiency was studied,and the effect of both channel number of cascade and strengthened beam number of vane on the aerodynamic and structural performances of the thrust reverser was investigated.The research results show that the cascade inlet angle has little influence on the thrust efficiency,and the thrust efficiency can be increased through reducing the cascade outlet angle.With reducing the channel number of cascade,the thrust efficiency decreases,but the number of vane also reduces.With reducing the strengthened beam number,the thrust efficiency increases and the weight of the thrust reverser reduces,but the maximum stress and maximum deformation value of vane increase.关键词
