摘要

Abstract

In order to effectively control the cutting vibration of computer numerical control (CNC) milling machining center, the change rule of time and frequency domain features for cutting vibration signals under different cutting parameters was obtained through performing the variable parameter cutting tests and adopting such methods as time and frequency domain analysis for vibration signals as well as machine tool CNC system visitation. The root mean square value and amplitude spectrum of vibration signals and the power of a spindle motor were used to carry out the variable parameter cutting control, and then the control strategy for cutting vibration was attained. The vibration was controlled through effectively changing the rotating and feeding speed of machine tool spindle. The cutting vibration control of CNC machine tool was realized with the adoptive technology of cutting parameters. The good control effect is proved with the tests.
