Abstract
Scientific spirit is not only a professional integrity which should be held by scientific and technical workers,but also the essential connotation and fundamental requirement for the cause and inheritance of university culture;it is not only the inner theme which runs through all the functions in the process of higher education development history,but also the current requests of society nowadays to higher education development,and the important orientation of leading the construction of university culture as well.The lack of university culture construction based on its core of scientific spirit is the key precondition restricting the quality of higher education in China,and the university culture construction leading by scientific spirit must dispose the contradiction between individuality and universality correctly.关键词
