基于SWOT分析的白河林业局森林生态旅游发展研究OA
Development about Forest Bureau on SWOT Analytical Eco-tourism in Baihe Forestry Method
运用SWOT方法对长白山白河林业局森林生态旅游发展的内部优势、劣势，外部机遇、威胁四个方面进行分析，通过矩阵匹配提出了其协调发展的战略与对策，即转变思想、把握机遇、战胜威胁、突出优势，走具有白河特色的森林生态旅游协调发展的道路。
By analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of eco-tourism in Baihe Forestry Bureau with the method of SWOT and matrix matching, some developing strategies are provided, which are, changing our thought to develop a unique ecotourism road, namely, with the opportunities to overcome the threats and transform the weaknesses into strengths, people should go with the characteristics of forest eco-tourism and make coordinated development.
