Development and Talent Training of the Engineering University Gearing to Industry Modernization

Abstract
Firstly the reason why the development of the engineering university should be geared to the industry modernization is ana- lyzed. Then the integrations of scientific research, subjects and specialties are proposed. The mode of talent training is discussed based on the people-based concept lastly. This paper provides some references for talent training and development mode.关键词
