摘要

Abstract

A lot of wear granule would be produced in the engine running.Those wear granule,which suspends in the oil of lubricate system,contains much important information about machine wear state.The advantage and shortcoming of oil spectral analysis and iron analysis is shown in this text.The application of oil spectral analysis and iron analysis in engine wear diagnosis is explained by analyzing typical example.Spectra analysis and iron analysis,which offers a lot of wear information,is one of important wear surveillance methods,so that the position and character of malfunction can be detected in good time.
