摘要

Abstract

Objectives To explore the relationship and clinical significance between angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) and neonatal acute lung injury (ALI). Methods Forty-three neonates with ALI were collected in this study, whose blood ACE levels and blood gas were analyzed before treatment and ninty-six hours after being diagnosed with ALI. Forty-three children with pneumonia and forty-three with other diseases were selected as two control groups. Results Serum ACE (SACE) level in ALI group was (67.2 ± 11.4)U/L, when compared with pneumonia group (41.6 ± 15.2 U/L) and other disease group (32.8 ± 14.7)U/L. There was a significant difference in the two groups (P< 0.01). SACE) level was negatively correlated with 01 value(R2 = 0.841 7,y=-0.099 lx + 9.865 5) and was positively correlated with AaDpO2 value (R2= 0.826 6,y=0.098 6x-2.331 1)in children with ALI; SACE level significantly increased after 24 h in the neonates with ALI, stabilized in 24 ~ 72 h, and gradually declined after 72 h. Conclusions When neonates were suffering from ALI, their SACE significantly increased in a short time, and there were certain specific in the ALI.
