Ki-67和BRCA1在≤35岁乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义
Expression of Ki-67 and BRCA1 in young breast cancer patients and its clinical significance
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of Ki-67 and BRCA1 in young breast cancer patients( ≤35 years old). Methods Forty-eight breast cancer patients aged ≤35 y and 35 patients aged >35 were enrolled in the study. The expression of Ki-67 and BRCA1 in breast cancer tissue was determined by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of BRCA1 in age ≤ 35 and age >35 groups was 79. 2% and 54. 3% ,respectively (P <0. 05) ; while there was no significance in Ki-67 expression (P > 0. 05 ) between two groups. The expression of Ki-67 was negatively expressed with BRCA1 expression in age≤35 group ( r = - 0. 267 , P<0. 05). Conclusion Young breast cancer patients ( € 35) have different clinical and molecular features compared with middle and elderly patients.关键词
