肺癌眼脉络膜转移的临床分析

Abstract
Objective To review the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and the treatment of choroidal metastasis from lung cancer. Methods Twenty-one cases of choroidal metastasis from lung cancer were collected from Jaunaryl987 to December 2010 and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 21 cases,the pulmonary symptom initially appeared in7,for rest cases the initial symptoms were found in eyes. The primary lesions were located in left lung in 12 cases and right lung in 9 cases. Eight cases were diagnosed as central lung cancer and 13 cases as peripheral lung cancer. Ocular lesions were found in single eye in 20 cases and both eyes in 1 case. Totally 22 eyes had metastatic lesions, 13 of which were left eyes and 9 right eyes. The ocular lesions were found in posterior pole in 14 cases, juxtapapillary in 5 cases and choroidal periphery in 3 cases. Pathological examination identified adenocarcinoma in 13 cases,small-cell carcinoma in 4,squamous cell carcinoma in 3 and of large-cell carcinoma in one. Eighteen cases were accompanied with tumor metastasis outside the eyes. For 19 followed up cases the median survival time was 12.0 months; the 1-year and 2-year survival rates were 44. 7% and 6. 5% respectively. Conclusion The choroidal metastasis from lung cancer is a rare disease and proper treatment can prolong the survival time,release the symptom and improve the life quality of patients.关键词
