鼻咽癌四野面颈联合野适形放疗可行性研究及近期疗效分析
Feasibility and short-term efficacy of four facio-cervical field conformal radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the feasibility and short-term efficacy of four facio-cervical field conformal radiotherapy (4F-CRT) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods One hundred and one patients with histology-confirmed nonmetastatic NPC were enrolled in the study and received 4F-CRT from November 2007 to June 2009, among them 90 received concurrent chemotherapy and adjuvant chemotherapy. Results The treatment was completed for all patients within 7 weeks. The complete response ( CR) rate was 95. 0% (-96/101) and the partial response ( PR) rate was 5. 0% ( 5/101) with an overall response of 100. 0% for the primary tumors; the CR rate was 90.0% (91/100) and PR rate was 7.0% (7/101) with an overall response of 97. 0% for metastatic lymph nodes. The major toxicities observed were gradesⅠ～Ⅱ mucosis and leukocytopenia. Conclusions 4F-CRT can generate desirable dose distribution of tumor volume for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The short-term efficacy of 4F-CRT is satisfactory and the acute toxicities are tolerable.关键词
