目的 探讨微波辐射非热效应对人肺癌A549细胞自噬的影响.方法 用冰浴法制备微波辐射非热效应模型,剂量为100 W-12 mV/cm2、150 W-18 mV/cm2和200 W-21 mV/cm2,照射10分钟;24小时后,免疫印记法检测细胞自噬相关蛋白Beclin-1、LC3的变化,泛素化蛋白表达变化;间接免疫荧光法检测自噬标志蛋白LC3和p62的变化.结果 微波辐射非热效应作用A549细胞,导致自噬相关蛋白Beclin-1表达增加,LC3和…查看全部>>
Objective To investigate the effect of autophagy induced by microwave radiation non-thermal effect on human A549 cell line. Methods Ice bath was employed to establish microwave radiation non-thermal effect model, and dosages were 100 W-12 mV/cm2, 150 W-18 mV/cm2 and 200 W-21 mV/cm2 for 10 minutes.
