微波辐射非热效应诱导人肺癌A549细胞自噬的研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of autophagy induced by microwave radiation non-thermal effect on human A549 cell line. Methods Ice bath was employed to establish microwave radiation non-thermal effect model, and dosages were 100 W-12 mV/cm2, 150 W-18 mV/cm2 and 200 W-21 mV/cm2 for 10 minutes. After 24 hours, Western blot was used to detect the expression of Beclin-1, LC3 and ubiquitinated proteins. Indirect immunofluorescence was used to dectect the expression and location of the LC3 and p62 proteins. Results The non-thermal effect of microwave radiation on human A549 cells could increase the expression of Beclin-1, and induced activation of LC3 and p62. Conclusion The non-thermal effect of microwave radiation on human A549 cells could induce autophagy.关键词
