Expression of Matriptase in cervical carcinoma and its clinical significance
目的 探讨Matriptase在子宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测Matriptase在70例子官颈癌、30例子官颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)、20例正常子宫颈组织中的表达,分析其阳性表达率与病变类型及临床病理特征的关系.结果 Matriptase在CIN和子宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为56.7％和65.7％,明显高于正常子宫颈组织的10％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).Matriptase在子宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达…查看全部>>
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Matriptase in cervical carcinoma. Methods Immunohislochemistry method was used to detecl expression of Matriptase in 70 cervical carcinoma tissues,30 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) tissues and 20 nomal cervical epithelia tissues.
