摘要
Abstract
Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) is an important reproductive hormone in human, the FSH isomers have variable biological properties, which can affect the ovarian function through interaction with FSH receptors. Ovarian response to FSH stimulation also depends on FSH receptor genotype. At present,a large number of single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) were investigated in FSH receptors genes, which may cause the difference of ovarian function through the influencing on receptor activities and may be related with ovarian stimulus response in assisted reproductive technology. The determination of gene polymorphism in patients with ovarian stimulation show significances in making the individual programs of ovarian stimulation, which can optimize the treatment of infertility. However more clinical trials are needed to confirm its effectiveness.关键词
