北马兜铃不同器官花期过氧化物酶同工酶研究
Study on POD Isoenzymes of Different Organs in Florescence of Aristolochia contorta Bunge
摘要
Abstract
The POD isoenzymes in the different organs (root, tender stem, old stem, petiole, unexpended tender leaf, expanded tender leaf, mature leaf and flower) of Aristolochia contorta Bunge were analyzed by using vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PACE). The results showed that 14 bands of POD isoenzymes from 8 different organs of Aristolochia contorta Bunge were detected, and these POD isoenzymes were tissue-specific. The root and old stem contained fewest enzyme bands, so it was not fit for analysis on POD isoenzymes.Mature leaf and flower which had abundant enzyme bands, stronger activity and higher contents were the good materials for analysis of POD isoenzymes.关键词
