紫外-可见光分光光度法测定无梗五加叶与刺五加叶中总黄酮含量
Measurement of the Flavonoids Contents in the Leaves of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus and Acanthopanacis Senticosus
摘要
Abstract
Provided theoretical references for the better development and utilization of the resources of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus and Acanthopanacis Senticosus. The flavonoids contents in the leaves of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus and Acanthopanacis Senticosus were measured at 500nm with Rutin as the reference. The results showed that: the flavonoids contents in Acanthopanax sessiliflorus were 1.078%, and in Acanthopanacis Senticosus were 4.284%.关键词
