Construction Technology of Swing Method Used for Continuous Girder of Wuhan-Xianning Intercity Railway Crossing above Wuhan-Guangzhou High-Speed Railway
武咸城际铁路在咸宁市横沟桥镇附近采用连续梁上跨武广高速铁路,现浇连续梁在武广高速铁路上方施工,给武广高速铁路运营带来极大安全风险,且要点施工工期长.该连续梁施工采用转体施工工艺,即先在武广高速铁路限界外平行于线路方向完成连续梁施工,然后利用磨盘转动原理,将梁体转动到设计位置.施工前对武广高速铁路作覆盖防护,施工中将施工部位与武广高速铁路作空间隔离,达到确保安全和工期的要求.
Crossing above Wuhan-Guangzhou High-speed Railway, the continuous girder was adopted in Wuhan-Xianning Intercity Railway near the town of Henggouqiao in Xianning city. If the continuous girder was concreted in situ above Wuhan-Guangzhou High-speed Railway, it would bring great security risks and cause long construction period to this existing railway line.
