On the solution of indefinite equation σ（x3）=y2
摘要
Abstract
For any positive integer σ,let σ （α） denote the sum of divisors of a. With elementary theory of numbers methods, we have proved that the equation σ（x3）=y2 has no positive integral solution （x,y） with x=2np, where n be a positive integer,p and 23n＋1-1 =q are odd primes. The conclusion of [4] has been improved and pro- moted by this result.关键词
