摘要

Abstract

To obtain the optimal extraction conditions of Poly-β-hydroxybutyrate (PHB) in Bacillus megaterium, the effect of chloroform concentration,extraction time and temperature on PHB extraction were studied. On the basis of single factor experiment,Box-Benhnken central composite method was designed for the three factors. In response to PHB extraction value,the extraction conditions were further optimized by response surface method ( RSM). The results snowed that when chloroform concentration was 69.7% .extraction temperature was 59.7 XI .extraction time was 3.0 h.the productivity of PHB was 4.437 g/L, reached its maximum.
