摘要

Abstract

If there are non-dense areas, holes and other defects in concrete structure, it will seriously affect the loading bear capacity and durability of the structure. How to make non-destructive testing on concrete structure is the prevalent problem in civil engineering field, which is regarded as the difficulty to ensure the safety and durability of large concrete construction. With practical examples, the paper presents the theory and method that it uses ground-penetrating radar and ultrasonic to detect non-dense areas and holes and shows the detailed process of dealing with the data. Through of field-testing and data processing and analyzing, the paper presents that the test-result is basically the same to defects which the fact damage to concrete. It shows the method to detect concrete is efficacious, feasible and applicable.
