摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect the expression of Med - 19 in colon cancer and the correlation between Med - 19 expression and pathologic features. Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Med - 19 in 115 colon cancer samples and their corresponding normal tissues. Results The positive rate of Med - 19 expression was significantly higher in colon cancer tissues than in the matched normal tissues ( P < 0. 05) . The positive rate of Med - 19 expression was higher in Dukes C + D stage and lymph node metastasis colon cancer tissues than in the matched normal tissues (P <0. 05,P <0.01) . The expression of Med - 19 was not related to age, sex, size, or histological differentiation (P > 0. 05) . Conclusions Med - 19 is over - expressed in colon cancer tissues,which might be closely related to clinical biological behaviors.关键词
