Analysis of College Student＇ s Crime and Penalty from Criminal Law Perspective
摘要
Abstract
College student＇ s crime has been paid much attention because of the identity with the general elements of a crime. For different views to college student＇ s crime, the gradual upward rate and trend of college student＇ s crime, the complex of its means, variations and motives, intelligent dangerous actions and more violent crimes, based on the need of criminal law in reality, the paper puts forward the idea that the lenient punishment to the student＇ s crime is not proper for the identity of college students contrary to the fundamental rule of law, violations of criminal law and not conducive to achieving tasks and objectives of criminal law and penalty.关键词
