Abstract
In the era of knowledge economy, the training of college students majoring in economics and management should pay attention to the Cultivation of innovative spirit and ability. This paper focuses on the innovation ability, which college students majo- ring in economics and management should possess, to build innovation ability training system for college students, and the paper suggests making a long-term mechanism of innovation ability training for college students, to enable the measures of innovation edu- cation implemented and effective.关键词
